My latest instalment of my podcast has been inspired by me actually getting my sorry ass down the gym, where I listen to a play list I’ve put together on the iPod called Hype House. The music pretty much does what it says on the tin and is a mixture of bonkers beats borrowing heavily from that ‘Dirty Dutch’ sound interspersed with some milder afrobeat moments. So what I’ve done is put a load of tracks together in one mix, so that you can listen to it whilst your getting your exercise on. This is a mix that’s so lively it’d get Jabba The Hut on the treadmill!!!
