Audio Vandals

Nev Scott
Nev Scott is a dedicated veteran of house music. From his first DJ sets in the ‘notorious’ all nighters of Leeds in the early nineties (playing the cutting edge sound of what is now considered ‘oldschool’ & ‘classics’), Nev has played a wealth of clubs and parties far and wide. With a complete focus on the house sound, he has built up a vast music vault and track knowledge with influences from many pioneering dj legends of the scene. Nev’s DJ manoeuvres have taken him up, down and across the UK playing events for leading house brands, along side a string of top line club and national radio DJ’s. Further afield Nev has played events in Mallorca, Ibiza, Greece, Germany, Thailand and Australia. He has co-promoted several successful club nights over the years booking acts such as Krafty Kuts, Mike Monday and Groove Armada. In recent times Nev has played at Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Kissdafunk and Back2Mine alongside the likes of Dave Spoon, Juan Kidd and Rob Tissera. Nev has a series of house tracks already released, and as one half of the Audio Vandals he is concerned with the production element of the outfit.
Audio Vandals has its first release signed to New York based label ‘Funkatronik’ for DJ Rooster & Peralta. Further to this Evolved Audio Recordings has also been established as an outlet for future Audio Vandals productions, and is also looking to sign fresh, new, up and coming producers deemed suitable for the label. Basically Nev Scott is looking to continue spreading the vibe of tough, deep, edgy, tribal, uplifting… …in short anything quality in the world of house music!
Andy Perrins
Andy Perrins has been involved in the Djing scene now for over 7 years. Having first purchased a set of decks in 2002 he has steadily grown in experience. During this time he has co-promoted various events all over the north west which where heavily influenced by his many trips to infamous nights like Cream and Circus to see the likes of Sasha, Digitalism, and Laidback Luke. Not long after this Andy was being booked to play the warm up sets for the likes of the Hoxton Whores, Neil Navarra and Juan Kidd. Then out of the blue he was asked to play at Pacha in London for Lose Control. This raised Andy’s profile and not long after he played on the Creamfields tour along side Jason Herd. At the same time he was co-running nights at the Hidden Lounge, (the former Blue Note), which is where he met Nev Scott.
Soon after the Audio Vandals where formed. They rapidly gained a reputation for solid house sets at every event they played, this includes their recent gig at Ministry of Sound for Lose Control on the infamous Gallery Nights. Andy was also the brain child behind the idea for Evolved Audio and using the experience he has gained during the aforementioned period he pulled together an exciting team which together are now working on pushing this up and coming brand.
